Returns

Printed gifts

Each item is made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it.

Digital downloads

Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded. If a file does not work, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
